FAQ

FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions.
From here you can edit and post information in your sites FAQ. The default is GENERAL, but you can add as many as you like from the ADD CATEGORY link on the Main Menu.

Reviews:
This section allows you to add and manage Reviews on your web site.

Review Title: Add the Title of your review
Add page to: If this is the first page, select NEW PAGE; otherwise select the page you would like to add to. For example if you had just written 'Review 1' and would like to add a 2nd page to that review you would select "Add page to Review 1" as shown.



Categories: The default is GENERAL, but you can add as many as you like from the ADD CATEGORY link on the Main Menu.
Author: The Authors name, as you would like it to appear.
Page Subject: Optional additional page subject text.
Review Text: The Body of the review. Html or block code formatting is optional.
You may also upload review images via the Image File dialog box.

Pages:
Pages are similar to news, reviews and give you the opportunity to "free form" post on your site without being in the News or review format.

Glossary:
From here you can add terms and definitions that your users might be interested in. IE: CMS - Content Management System.

Trouble Ticket:
Mainly for corporate websites, registered users can submit Trouble Tickets for support. When your users submit a ticket you will be able to review it here and take the appropriate action.

Links:
From here you can create and manage your Links page. You select or add a category, (friends, technology, whatever), the site name and the site URL.

Plans:
From here you can add or remove plan entries.

Users:
From here you can add users manually to your database. An admin user has access to the Storyteller CMS. Special access function can be added or revoked via PERMISSIONS on the Main Menu.

Ban:
From here you can ban access of users by either IP address, email or user name. You can also ban words which your do not want used in the User Comments Sections.
