Extended News
Extended News is the rest of your news article. This is optional. If you add Extended News to your story, a "Read More" link will appear on the main news item that when click by the reader will bring them to the Extended news item.
Note that the Main News text and the teaser image followed the link to the extended News item.
Enable HTML Formatting: Choosing yes will parse html statements when the news is posted. Choosing no will treat HTML as text.
Enable Icons and Smilies: Choosing yes will parse smiles as images when the news is posted. Choosing no will treat them as text.
Enable Block Code: Choosing yes will enable bock code as well as html.

Show News on Main Site: Yes will post the news item to the front page of the main site. No will "silently" update your news item.
Enable Comments: Selecting YES will allow your registered users to add comments to your news. Selecting NO will disable this feature. Only registered and logged on users can add comments
Teaser Image: Teaser images are optional.
Comments:
This section is used for editing or removing user added comments to your news items.
Mailing List:
This section is used to create, mange and send a mailing list of websites that you can mail your news items to.
Downloads:
This section is used for those webmasters who want to make files available for their users to download. As with any other news item you are given the choice to add Title, Category, Small Description and Extended Description for your file. You will also be given the choice of eight download URL's. You will need to use at least one location, but using any of the other eight is optional. You can also chose to have only subscribers to your web site view this file for download and whether or not users can post comments regarding the file. The last option Image File, can be used to upload a screen shot or preview of the file to be downloaded. The default is GENERAL, but you can add as many as you like from the ADD CATAGORY link on the Main Menu. You also manage your SUBSCRIBERS list from the Main Menu.
Polls:
In this section you can add a poll to our website. You have the option of adding the Poll Question (Recommended), Poll Intro Text (optional) and up to 12 possible responses. Show this poll on main page will toggle on and off whether the poll is viewable and you can also allow user comments by toggling Enable Comments. Only registered and logged in users will be able to vote in a poll.
