License Agreement You should read carefully the following terms and conditions: This license agreement is an agreement between you and Esselbach Internet Solutions for the use of the Esselbach Storyteller CMS software. By installing and using Storyteller CMS on your server, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1.) A Storyteller CMS license grants you the right to run one instance per database. 2.) Storyteller CMS customers are allowed to run the software on a specific number of domains using a shared database. 3.) The software downloaded from the Storyteller CMS website may not be distributed or sold to entities beyond the license holder 4.) The "Powered by" notice must remain unchanged and visible in the Storyteller CMS Freeware and licensed version templates. Storyteller CMS Network Edition customers may remove this copyright notice. 5.) The source code may be altered (at your own risk) 6.) Storyteller CMS customers must submit the URL for each domain where the software are used. The URL can be submitted in the members area. 7.) All license fees are non-refundable. It is highly encouraged to download the freely available Storyteller CMS Freeware Edition for checking the compatibility with your webserver before you purchase. 8.)
